Sleeping Blend

Our herbal sleep blend consists of 4 grams of a light mixture of Mugwort, lavender, rose and chamomile. It has a bittersweet taste with the soothing sensation of chamomile that is bound to make you sleepy within 30 minutes of drinking. 

Directions: 0.5-1 gram of tea with 8 ounces of water and let steep for 30 to 60 seconds. Let cool and enjoy!
